This little lady is for the January progressive challenge in the Outlawz Challenge group.  The image was furnished by the challenge sponsor All Dressed Up Digi Stamps.  I wasn't familiar with All Dressed Up so I visited their shop.  They have a wide variety of super cute images.  I especially love their little girls.  I can see I will be visiting them again.
