Here is my card for the Your Scrapbook Place  October challenge. This month our sponsor is Ike's Art.  I always enjoy Ike's images because they are unique.  This one is called Christmas Eve Dreams. I love the idea of a little one dreaming of the Nutcracker Ballet.  Although you can't see it in this picture, she has her stocking on the bedpost waiting to be filled.  It's so hot here that I can't believe it's time to make Christmas cards!

This is the last of the Bloom Box cards.  My emergency card box is filled to overflowing so I should be set for a long, long time.

First up are a couple of family birthday cards.  Both are for new family members so I had the pleasure of finding totally new subjects.  Always fun.

The next card is one of the Bloom Box creations.  I almost didn't include the sentiment because I didn't think I would use it. BUT, it was one of the first that I sent.  It is to congratulate the little guy who won the Illinois State Championship BMX title for seven-year-olds.

I've been receiving the "Bloom Box" from Fun Stampers Journey for over a year.  I've made a couple of cards with the contents, but most were just stacked on the shelf.  This month I decided it was time to make the cards and get rid of the boxes.  I also attended a gelli plate printing session and came home with lots of prints.  I am never very good about following the exact directions in kits.  In this case, I combined the gelli prints with the card kits to create some unique looks. I didn't care for some of the sentiments and knew I would never use the cards if I added them.  So several of the cards are incomplete--no sentiment.  I'll add the sentiment depending on the occasion when I use the card.
