This is my design team card for the July challenge at Your Scrapbook Place. The image is from this month's sponsor--Ike's Art. Ike has some amazing and unique images. She also has an Ike's Art Zibbet store. She is running a sale on all digital images; 50% off throughout July so it's a good time to stock up.  I love that the discount is automatically added at checkout--no need to remember a coupon code.

I used two images: Warped Time for the card front and Warp Clock for the interior images.  I love the flexibility of digital images because they are so easy to resize. I printed several different-sized clock and mounted them on each other.  I thought these images were perfect for a retirement card.  My husband and I constantly find ourselves volunteering for things because "we're flexible, we're retired."  I'm planning to send this card to a former co-worker when she retires. She is working a Flextime schedule as a pre-step to retirement, but it's not nearly as much fun as the flexibility of  retirement.  I know she will love it.

Here are more family cards.  The first is for Damon, my personal Lawn Ranger. The last three are for some of my favorite guys--three nephews.  I find masculine cards are difficult because I can't rely on flowers, ribbons, and similar embellishments; plus I don't use glitter although I do sometimes work in some sparkles.

This card is a variation on a rectangular box card. I love the box cards, and I will probably use this variety again.  I can see workbenches, baby changing tables or cribs, sewing machine tables or craft tables--lots of possibilities.

I'm constantly surprised when I think about the ages of the "kids" in our family.  We don't have many left who are under 30, at least not until the next generation gets there.

Today I'm featuring a slew of cards made from Stampin Up products.  Most members of the card group I attend purchased a decorative frame last year.  You cut nine pieces of card stock or designer print paper to mount inside the frame making a patchwork display. They have been creating patches for each holiday since Halloween.  I didn't buy the frame because I know I would never hang it.  I have enjoyed making the patches and decided to use them as part of card fronts.  I've used a lot of old stash items to decorate the patches.  Although these kit cards aren't the unique style I prefer for family and close friends, I know that I will use them with folks from groups around town.

These are the cards I created for Valentine's Day.

Here are the Easter cards.

I also had a card kit from the Stampin Up Stamp-a-bration.  It used the Up and Away stamp set and Carried Away paper. I added some die cuts that I cut with the Up and Away thinlits. I like the variety of sentiments in this set.
