This card is for the June challenge at Gerda Steiner Designs. Gerda does such darling images of kids. This one really reminds me of pictures of Gavin eating melon when he was about 5 or 6.
This cute little hedgehog is from Faith at From the Heart Stamps . I just love him. He's the image for the June Progressive Challenge.
Here's my card for Deedee's Digis June Progressive Challenge. I think it's a great set that I'll use a lot.

This is my card for the May Progressive Challenge at Imagine That Digis. In the language of flowers. pansies are for thoughts and remembrance, so the image seemed perfect for a Thinking of You card. The silk pansies didn't scan very well, but they are quite pretty on the actual card.
Here are the cards for Your Scrapbook Place's June Challenge. This month's sponsor is Deedee's Digis. One card will post June 1 and the second on June 15.
Here's my card for the Outlawz Progressive Challenge for May. The sponsor this month is Ppinkydolls. These little waifs are really fun to color.
I love the stamp for the From the Heart Stamps May Progressive Challenge. It's a great spring image that would work well for Mother's Day as well. They have spring images on sale now...just a little enabler alert.
This is my card for the May Progressive Challenge at Gerda Steiner Designs. I think Gerda's stamps get cuter with every release.

This is my final April craft item. This page of Emmylou's dress up closet is for the ABC with a twist challenge at Soul Scrappers. The twist was to use a die cut. I like this challenge because it encourages me to use some of my older embellishments each month. The little princess is many year old--probably older than Emmylou!
Here's my card for the Outlawz Progressive Challenge for April--last minute as usual. I had fun with this one. I liked the image, plus I was able to use a lot of old stash items. I wish I had cut the water to a more pond-like shape, but I didn't think of it until I'd glued it down.
This coffee girl is for the April challenge at Gerda Steiner Designs. She was fun to color, and I can see a lot of uses for the image. Gerda is introducing a lot of new images--each one cuter than the last.
This is my card for the April Progressive Challenge at Imagine That Digis by Kris. I enjoy coloring my cards, but I love that Kris includes both line drawings to color and pre-colored images. I used the pre-colored pieces this month to paper piece this card.
This month's challenge for From the Heart Stamps is another cute pig. The set included several clever sentiments, but I have had some distant family members on my mind lately, so I decided to make my piggie blue. Sadly, he turned out a little purple, but I'm old and you know the saying about wearing purple when you are an old woman.

I attended a crop at the River Lodge last weekend, and used the time to work on cards for the Honor Flight Mail Call. I used the "Thank you, Hero" digital image from Operation Write Home, plus a variety of stamps I had on hand. I pulled the Hero stamp from Paper Inspirations, CTMH Salute to Our Heros, Verve American Hero, and Stampin Up Simply Stars and Work of Art. I used a variety of dies, mostly Nestabilities. The yellow ribbon was from Verve and the dog tags from Cheery Lynn Designs. I also used the Stampin Up Chevron punch and the Tonic star border punch. I'm not sure who made the three star embossing folders I used. I'm not particularly brand loyal, as you can see. I spent 6-7 hours to make these 15 cards. Since that amounts to less than 30 minutes per card, I felt quite productive.

I missed the deadline for submitting this challenge, but the image is so cute, I made a card anyway. It's for Deedee's Digis. Hopefully, I can get my April cards finished a little sooner!
